This is our latest welder we designed, engineered and manufactured for a Major Automotive Parts Supplier. This Custom Welder is used to weld the interior frame of a Center Console on a vehicle.

Door Frame Welder

This is the latest door frame welder we designed, engineered and programmed for one of North America’s largest steel door manufacturers.

Main features:

  • Heavy-duty Steel Frame
  • 8 Heavy-duty Weld Guns
  • Complete THK Rail system for easy tool set up for multiple size door frames
  • All 8 Guns on a rail system for easy adjustment for different size door frames
  • Integrated into the main frame is a separate 2-gun operation for welding the top and bottom portions of the frame
  • Complete Guarding around the entire machine
  • Safety Light Curtains for the front of the machine
  • Palm button operation
